Thermodrone is a bodybuilding supplement manufacturer based in the UK. All of their products are made in Britain, and they specialize in specialist stacks: PCT support, liver detox capsules, and heavy-duty fat burners. Well, now they have their own natural testosterone booster – Testo-MX.

So what is this stack all about?

Thermodrone clearly want to be seen as a modern, dynamic supplement manufacturer. The bottle says that this product is a “cutting edge innovation”, and “research driven”. 

We think every testosterone booster should be research driven.

Lots of manufacturers say that their products are backed by hard science.

Sadly, very few are telling the truth. 

Obviously, Testo-MX promises to naturally raise your free serum testosterone levels. 

Aside from that, we aren’t given a lot in the way of details about this product. The official website just redirects you to the Amazon sales page for their products, and details there are thin.

So let’s get on with it!

Let’s have a look at the formula:

 

 

That looks like a seriously weak testosterone booster.

Right away, we notice that it contains some good ingredients. Things like Vitamin D3, Magnesium, and D-Aspartic Acid are effective, reliable, proven testosterone boosters.

But when we look at the doses used, we see that they are far too small to make a difference.

You can use the best natural testosterone booster in the world, but if you don’t use enough, it’s practically useless. 

Two of the ingredients have been PROVEN in multiple clinical trials to be completely ineffective for elevating testosterone levels. 

Overall, not great.

 

Main Problem – Some Ingredients Do Nothing

The main problem with Testo-MX is that some of the ingredients don’t help raise testosterone levels.

Take Maca Root, for example.

This stuff is found in every other testosterone booster these days. Even highly popular supplements from reputable manufacturers use a lot of Maca Root. 

Manufacturers and bloggers alike claim that it has been used as an aphrodisiac for centuries, and that tells us that it must elevate free serum testosterone availability. 

But that is poor reasoning, and sure enough, recent clinical studies have shown that Maca Root has NO effect on testosterone WHATSOEVER. 

This study found that Maca Root was unable to affect hormonal parameters. Both high and low doses were used, and the results were the same – zip, zilch, nada. 

Other studies have found that Maca Root does indeed increase sexual desire, but they have explicitly noted that ti does so independently of sex hormone increases. 

The jury is in on this one – Maca Root is all hype and nothing more. Totally bogus. 

 

 

The same thing can be said for Tribulus Terrestris. 

Multiple clinical trials have been conducted on this stuff now, and they have all come up empty handed. 

One study after another has concluded the same thing: tribulus terrestris is ineffective at raising testosterone levels. 

Take this trial, for example. Published in the Journal of Ethnopharmacology, this study looked at TT’s ability to increase free testosterone levels in healthy men aged between 20-35. The study lasted 24 days, and the results were uninspiring: “The findings in the current study anticipate that Tribulus terrestris steroid saponins possess neither direct nor indirect androgen-increasing properties.”

Like Maca Root, Tribulus Terrestris has been scientifically proven to be bogus. 

 

Major Problem – Best Ingredients Under-Dosed

As a lot of you probably noticed – and as we noted above – Testo-MX contains some excellent natural testosterone boosters. 

These ingredients have the potential to make a serious difference to your free serum testosterone levels…but only when taken in sufficiently large quantities.

All of the best ingredients in Thermodrone Testo-MX are dosed far too low to make a meaningful difference to your test levels. 

They are dosed well under the standard doses we see in modern natural testosterone boosters.

The most glaring example here is with D-Aspartic Acid. 

D-Aspartic Acid is an anabolic trigger. 

The presence of D-AA triggers the pituitary gland to start producing Luteinizing Hormone (LH). 

LH is the signal that the brain gives to the testes to start pumping out more testosterone. 

D-AA has an almost direct role in stimulating more testosterone production in the testes – the most natural sustainable way to increase your free serum T levels for the long-term. 

But you need to be consuming at least 2g of regular D-AA per day to get the full benefit of this stuff.

If you are using a concentrated, more potent form, such as D-AA Calcium Chelate, then you can get away with using less.

But under no circumstances should you be using less than 1g of D-AA.

That is the bare minimum dose you should use in any circumstance, regardless of how powerful the D-AA in question is – any less, and it’s just pointless.

The 900mg in Testo-MX is just not going to cut it!

There doesn’t seem to be much to worry about here from a side effects point of view.

All of these ingredients are widely used, and they do not seem to regularly cause people any problems. 

They have each been studied individually in human trials (for one reason or another), and they are all thought to be generally safe for regular human consumption.

Thermodrone Testo-MX Review Summary – Is It Any Good?

All things considered, we don’t think this is a very good testosterone booster.

It certainly doesn’t compare well to the best natural test boosters on the market today – the likes of TestoFuel and Prime Male just blow it out of the water. 

Testo-MX contains some potentialy great ingredients, but they have been left woefully under-dosed.

It also contains plenty of ingredients that have been PROVEN beyond doubt to do ABSOLUTELY NOTHING for your testosterone levels. 

You should try to avoid paying good money for useless ingredient whenever possible. 

Better products are available for anyone looking to naturally increase their free serum testosterone levels while getting good value for money.
