RAWHONEST Testolift Review

RAWHONEST are all over Amazon at the moment.

They seem to be one of those companies which sell their products exclusively through Amazon and eBay.

Their official website, some of which still shows lorum ipsum filler text, even re-directs sales to their Amazon merchant page.

Usually, these signs mean that a product is a little scammy, to say the least. But that doesn’t mean that RAWHONEST Testolift is a scam supplement. To find out, we’ll have to do a full RAWHONEST Testolift review.

So what is this product all about?

Who is it designed for?

RAWHONEST Testolift Natural Testosterone Booster

According to the official RAWHONEST Testolift merchant page (the parts not in Latin anyway), this natural testosterone booster is designed to deliver:

  • Increased energy levels
  • Enhanced libido
  • Reduced belly fat
  • Enhanced mental clarity

Those are some impressive claims.

All of these benefits would be delivered if Testolift actually does raise free testosterone levels.

The question is; does it?

Is Testolift really able to help with sex drive, energy levels, and overall vitality?

Does it raise testosterone levels?

Is it safe?

Find out by reading our full RAWHONEST Testolift review below. If you don’t have time to read the whole thing, we’ve written a neat summary at the end.

RAWHONEST Testolift Formula

Here is the Testolift formula. The full formula isn’t published on the official website, but we found this on the Amazon page:

RAWHONEST Testolift Formula

One thing to know about Testolift is that RAWHONEST claim it is both gluten-free and vegan-friendly. That means RAWHONEST have made this supplement suitable for as many people as possible; good for them!

This is an interesting formula. We don’t think we’ve ever seent hsi formula before, which is a good start.

Our first impression is that this isn’t a very good formula.

We know many of the ingredients are less than effective.

It is missing many of the ingredients which we think should now be standard for natural testosterone boosters.

Of course, it’s not all terrible.

Here is a breakdown of the main positives and main negatives of the RAWHONEST Testolift formula.

Main Benefits

One good thing about RAWHONEST Testolift is that it contains Eurycoma Longifolia, or to give it its more common name, Longjack.

Longjack has long been rumored to be a potent aphrodisiac. But unlike most substances that have this kind of hype, Longjack actually seems to deliver in the lab.

For example, this trial, published in 2012, found that the group of subjects given EL extract “showed higher scores in the overall Erectile Function domain, sexual libido (14% by week 12)…sperm motility, and semen volume at 18.2% at the end of treatment.”

Subjects with an already high BMI also reported greater weight loss than placebo.

Those are some pretty impressive results.

However, there are two very important things to note about this study.

For one thing, the study was paid for by Biotropics, who make EL extract. Obviously they have an interest in the results being pretty good, and the researchers have an interest in giving them those results.

Secondly, the people in the study were given 300mg of EL extract per day.

Testolift only provides 50mg per seving.

There’s no reason to think that 50mg will provide the same benefits observed with 300mg daily.

Testolift ingredient Longjack Root

Another fairly good thing to mention about Testolift is the use of Ashwagandha.

This stuff is a genuinely powerful anxiolytic. That means that it helps to reduce anxiety.

Taking ashwagandha on a regular basis is known to keep you calm and help reduce stress round the clock without making you feel drowsy or sedated.

However, we aren’t really sure this should be in a testosterone booster like Testolift.

If you’re looking for a test booster, then you want an improved mood to come from normalized test levels, not a natural stress-buster like this.

Unfortunately, we don’t have a lot else to say about Testolift that is positive. The majority of our Testolift review will be taken up by drawbacks.

Main Drawbacks

The main drawback of Testolift is the simple fact that the vast majority of the ingredients don’t really do anything.

That’s quite a big drawback!

We aren’t just being flippant here; aside from the ingredients mentioned above, we can’t really see anything that can genuinely deliver the benefits claimed by RAWHONEST.

Of course, many of them are hyped as amazing test boosters, brain energizers, and so on.

But hype doesn’t mean anything; we need to see real, scientific evidence.

For most of the ingredients in RAWHONEST Testolift, we just don’t have that.

Testolift ingredient Tribulus terrestris

For example, the main ingredient in Testolift is Tribulus Terrestris.

We’ve said this before and we’re sure we’ll say this again: there is no good reason to believe that TT raises free testosterone levels.

You wont struggle to find fitness bloggers raving about tribulus terrestris and its ability to skyrocket your natural testosterone production.

But all of the studies that have tried to see if this is true have come up empty handed.

In fact, at least one study has found conclusively that tribulus terrestris does not affect testosterone levels at all.

As you’ll see in the above cited study, the participants here were given a large dose of TT (similar to that used in Testolift) for 5 weeks and nothing happened.

We could cite several studies where researchers have found TT to be ineffective, but we think one is enough here. You can do your own further reading if you want!

So clearly, the key ingredient in Testolift is ineffective.

That is not a good sign at all.

Unfortunately, we see the same story playing out with the other ingredients.

For example, in each serving of RAWHONEST Testolift we get 400mg of Epimedium Extract. After TT, this is the most prominent ingredient.

Epimedium might sound exotic, but it is just another name for Horny Goat Weed.

Despite its name, Horny Goat Weed has never been shown by medical professionals to actually increase libido, as many claim it can.

Maca Root Testolift ingredients

The same is true of Maca Root powder.

You will find this stuff in so many natural test boosters today that it is easy to believe that it is a potent test booster or estrogen blocker.

Sadly, that isn’t the case as far as we’re concerned.

Take a look at this study for example.

Participants here were given as much as 3g of Maca powder per day.

The researchers concluded that “compared with placebo Maca had no effect on any of the hormones studied nor did the hormones show any changes over time.”

We could go on and on about the ineffective, unproven ingredients in Testolift, but we don’t really see the point.

You get the idea!

Testolift Side Effects

Some users may experience side effects while using Testolift.

We think this primarily because of the amount of tribulus terrestris in Testolift.

TT is known to cause mild side effects. We’re talking about a minority of users here, and side effects always seem to be mild (at 500mg at least).

Maca Root is also thought to have a relatively higher side effect risk than other natural test boosters commonly used today.

However, the amount in Testolift is so small that side effects are extremely unlikely.

As always, it is vital that you look at each ingredient carefully and check whether or not you have an allergy, sensitivity, or if you are taking something else that interacts badly with Testolift’s ingredients.

In an ideal world, you’d talk to your doctor before using Testolift. While it is 100% natural, the ingredients are isolates and extracts, and they are not usually consumed by most people.

We think it is vital that you consult your usual doctor before using supplements like Testolift. If you think you have a serious hormonal deficiency, then you need to talk to a doctor, not internet supplements.

RAWHONEST Testolift Review Summary – Should You Buy It?

All in all, we don’t think RAWHONEST Testolift is a very good testosterone booster.

The formula is pretty much entirely conposed of sub-standard ingredients that have not been proven in the lab.

In fact, some of the key ingredients have been concretely shown to do nothing for testosterone levels.

Despite claims to the opposite, one serious clinical trial that Maca Root had no effect on estrogen levels in men.

The same is true of pretty much every ingredient in Testolift.

RAWHONEST sell their supplements exclusively through Amazon and eBay. Their website re-directs sales through to Amazon. This is never a god sign.

So if you are looking for a testosterone booster that can deliver actual, real, noticeable results, and isn’t just a waste of money, RAWHONEST Testolift isn’t what you’re looking for.
